Credit check is required with a verifiable social security number. Cosigners are accepted.
No felonies on record. No drug-related or burglary misdemeanors will be accepted. All other misdemeanor charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Good prior rental references required (no money owed, no damages, and no evictions.)
We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law.
Landlord has the right to reject any application.
A final decision will be made based on all collected information.
All leases are for one year.
