PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

The following is a list of qualifications that must be met prior to the acceptance of your application.

  • Credit check is required with a verifiable social security number. Cosigners are accepted.

  • No felonies on record, no drug related or burglary misdemeanors will be accepted. All other misdemeanor charges will be considered on a case-by case basis.

  • Good prior rental references (no money owed, no damages, and no evictions) are required.

  • We do business in accordance with the federal fair housing law.

  • Landlord has the right to reject any application.

  • A final decision will be made based on all collected information.

  • All leases are for one-year.
